TREADMILL. A LITTLE BIT OF THE END WAS A WALK. MOST OF MY TREADMILL RUNS WILL INCLUDE A WALK AT THE END. I NEVER BREAK IT DOWN AS TO WHAT TIME WAS RUNNING ONLY, ETC. THIS IS WHY IT IS HARD TO FIGURE OUT WHAT MY PACE IS.
