18c shoes: Olway Tigers #2
Do to the bad route choice at the beginning I lost the race. I didn`t look to see how much the controls were worth & ended up waisting all my time on the one`s that weren`t worth anything!

Oh yea, and i met up with some hitchhikers in the woods ... grrr!! It hurt so much by the end of the race! It felt like if i was washing myself with steel wool. When i took off my gear I was bleeding all over. My legs looked like a dalmatian!

To this day (Sept. 3rd) I am still picking out the damn burrs!

It was an ok race but the terrain was shit! You could not move through the crap grass! It was easier moving threw the green then the open.

Thursday Aug 17

ran to the local hillone of th only decent ones around Moncton & performed 3 hill reps. Felt extremely sluggish.. probobly do to the junk food indulgence the day before. Poutine.. so good but so bad :(

Ran main street to running room, went on the trail to the skatepark, then ran up that street with big church then saint george street. up dominion

Monday Aug 14

Ran the loop in Centenial park , my friend Dominique, a non runner, wanted to come for a run.. so it was pretty slow but lots of fun.

Did some pilates with my mother & Dominique.
Note
Ankle feels much better then before. Should probobly start some strengh training to make it stronger.
