Biking (with friends) 30:00 [1]
Went to Centenial Park.. did some single track`s & stuff .. really easy since I was with non athletic people.

I think i might of tired one of them out too much ..

Friday Sep 1

running hills 48:17 [5] 7.65 km (6:19 / km)
shoes: asics GT-2100
aprox . 10 minutes warm-up run to the hill.

On the hill by the university:

Ran 4 hill reps.

sprint up.. jog down

I`ve never really taken splits before, but i figured out on my third rep that I probobly should in order to make shure I keep putting the same effort into it.

hill #3: 1'46''91
hill #4: 1'48''09

It was a pretty windy day & my hill reps were done against the wind.

aprox. 10 minute cool down run back home

Wednesday Aug 30

running (single track) 44:00 [3] 5.6 km (7:51 / km)
shoes: asics GT-2100
Ran in Centenial Park on single track`s about 85% of the time. Was with the parents so had to slow down a few times for them to catch up. Saw some of those old men that make this park so sketchy @ night.. glad I wasn`t alone!

Apart from that, Uni is starting up & i got alot of stuff to do with work, etc, etc... hopefully i won`t get to far behind on training.
