Drove Mom drove because she doesn`t trust me with the car to the baseball parking lot by the new bridge. Ran the chocolate trail into Dieppe until we hit 6 km, then I took a gel (cinamon & apple from Carb Boom). It wasn`that bad actually! Pretty sugary & the texture is a bit awkward but apart from that it went pretty well. I think it gave me a kick, so it`s all good. After the 6Km mark, turned back.

Pretty good run :)

Well my goal for today was to run 35-45 minutes but I had to get up at 4:30 this morning to lifeguard so I was pretty tired. At first I wasn`t planning to go out at all around 5 so I ate fries and other crap junk food..then I started feeling guilty so I went running.

Felt sick the whole way, I don`t think I`ll be eating fries for a while.

My splits are way faster then last weeks & I think it motivates me way more to go faster to try to beat my time.

I brought water & gels for the run, water I did drink but I`m really chiken about the gels. I know I should start trying that stuff out because my body just dies on long orienteering race do to lack of fuel but they really don`t look apealing..

I`ll try to do it o my long run sathurday. Should I eat one a half hour in or so? How does it work?

Well I was suposed to teach the class today, but out of the blue, Erica showed up to teach it so I could learn some more moves. Next week, the class is mine.. muhahaha

Last day of freedom... tomorrow i start up again into the rush of things. Going on my first year university ( AHHH), starting to work a good 20 hours a week again (The trees are on strike! They refuse to grow me money like before!), that means lifeguarding, teaching youth adult aquafitness classes for 8 bucks an hour.. SWEET.

Here goes my Fall schedule:

-go to uni monday through friday (Monday has a night class too.. gaaaaahh)
-work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday night from 5-10:30pm :D Also friday morning from 5 to 9 before school & sometimes weekends depending on the rotation.

Hopefully, I can keep training as scheduled. I have a plan providing I don`t get to tired but it means I`d have to work out early in the morning before school.

We`ll see how everything pan`s out...
