| Ran the 2 hour course with Eric. Didn`t feel into it at all in the beginning. Stressed out with uni & stuff. Was sorta showing Eric how to read a map & letting him lead to controls.
I realized that there was 30 minutes left when we were at the furtest point, so I got into gear & told him to follow. Grabbed all of the remaining controls with 30 seconds to spare. Close call.. I got 19 out of 20 controls, pretty good. | ||

| Felt really really shitty out there today. I was supposed to do hill training but decided to just run instead. I must be coming down with something.

| Great class, time went by fast & the ladies weren`t cranky! Went all out during the sets, good workout for a teacher.
Back felt better this morning, the swelling has gone down off my vertebra. It got a little sore in the afternoon but I think it`s on the mend. | ||

| Was scheduled for intervals today, but since I've injured my back I decided against it. You can replace an ankle but not a vertebra.
I have no idea why it is so swollen & painfull. I`m thinking I must of hit it somewhere, but where?? I hope that`s what happened. It would suck if it would be an injury caused by the impact of running... crossing my fingers!! | ||
