| Centergy is Yoga, Pilates mixed together. Lots of streching & core exercises. Just what I needed!
I found it hard to follow the instructor but in the end, streching felt nice & I feel much more able to move now :) | ||

| I`ve rediscovered the joy of running today. I studied all day and when I realised I hadn`t retained anything in two hours I decided to go running. I didn`t want to go out at first but I went anyways. The wind was really intense at the begining. Almost knocking me off my feet but on the way back I felt so fast, my legs couldn`t turn over fast enough!
