Muscle toning class that uses tubing, hand weights, body resistance, and/or stability balls.

I was seriously sore to begin with this morning and I think this is going to kill me tomorrow. Good workout, thinking of incorporating it in my training as a regular thing.

Quick run. It was really warm out and I felt sore from yesterday

Quick dip. 20 laps of 25 meter pool= 500m swim all front crawl non stop. Just too relax.

Centergy is Yoga, Pilates mixed together. Lots of streching & core exercises. Just what I needed!

I found it hard to follow the instructor but in the end, streching felt nice & I feel much more able to move now :)

Good class, but it`s getting hard to get the ladies motivated. I don`t get why they bother coming if there only going to do it half ass. I hate teaching when I get those type of ''athletes''...

Awsome long slow distance. The wind was pretty intense at the beginning but at the end it was fine.

The two last km my legs just got way tight I think I might not be able to walk tomorrow :)

I`ve rediscovered the joy of running today. I studied all day and when I realised I hadn`t retained anything in two hours I decided to go running. I didn`t want to go out at first but I went anyways. The wind was really intense at the begining. Almost knocking me off my feet but on the way back I felt so fast, my legs couldn`t turn over fast enough!
