This is the longest I've ever run so far! Feels good to be finished :)

I tied my shoes much looser to allow my ankles to swell. I lasted much longer without too much pain. I got blisters since my shoes were looser but they don't bother me much anyways.

Pretty good class although I just wasn't in the mood to teach.

Injured my wirst on deck yesterday, R.I.C.E-ed it immediatly after. Still sore but coming along ok. Will not use the dumbells during aquafitness for a good month. Gloves and more cardio will replace it.. poor ladies :)
