| Pretty good class although I just wasn't in the mood to teach.
Injured my wirst on deck yesterday, R.I.C.E-ed it immediatly after. Still sore but coming along ok. Will not use the dumbells during aquafitness for a good month. Gloves and more cardio will replace it.. poor ladies :) | ||
