Felt way to tired this morning to do 12km. Mom is way to keen on running before the sun comes up. Anyways, I did the small 8km route instead.

Saturday Feb 24

XC Ski 48:00 [3] 6.19 km (7:45 / km)
Great ski at Centenial Park. The weather was great for it but my wax sucked out. I have no clue how to wax I guess.
Note
Training this week was pretty good. Next week I should have at least 8 hours in since I'll be able to run monday and tuesday. I was way to stiff to do anything on those two days this week.

Ran out to la mine d'or, then main st. and back home. Spring like weather :)
