running race 1:14:21 [5] 13.1 km (5:41 / km) vdot: 35.2
shoes: sexy orange asics GEL-DS Train
Was part of the 20th annual Cabot Trail Relay Race. There was 17 legs in the relay thus 17 runners. I ran leg 7 @ 5 pm. I'm so happy I didn't have to run in the middle of the night.

Anyways, had a great race but could of finished alot faster if I learnt how to pace.

Here are my 10/1 splits:

lap 1: 1.71km @ 5:52/km
lap 2: 1.61km @ 6:12/km
lap 3: 1.61km @ 6:12/km
lap 4: 2.02km @ 4:57/km
lap 5: 2.14km @ 4:40/km
lap 6: 1.63km @ 6:08/km
lap 7: 1.61km @ 5:51/km

The Cabot Trail Relay Race is a 185 mile/298km, 17 stage relay race through some of the most beautiful scenery in the world... beginning in Baddeck, Cape Breton, over steep mountains in the Cape Breton Highlands, through many small communities around the famous Cabot Trail, to the gently rolling Margaree Valley
