| wow.. just realised how much I'm improving allready! I went for a slow run with Eric and it was a 6 minute kilometer pace.. Before that was a good pace for me to get a work out but now it's a little jog! Awsome possum! LOL

Run 25 then turn around and go faster and faster through out the whole thing. Got a huge cramp on the way back so had to walk for a minute. Sucked! But in all it was good. | ||
