Tried to organise a training with the other Juniors but Graham was the only one to show up. It was a good run, we ran a half hour out up to Riverview and back. Long runs are the worst run's for me.. I'm never really motivated to do them but I'm happy I got out the door.

The footing wasn't the best since it basically was ice and powder snow on top. I put my gripes on.

Skied with my mother in Riverview. It was great!

Met up with some girls from the team, Kristine and Josee B., for some pool running. They only came for a half hour but it was good having people for a little bit of time anyways. This should be a weekly thing if everything goes to plan.

UBBER STIFF from Tuesday`s team training. I was thinking of skipping out on today but since I`ve got such a good start in training I went anyways.

I decided to incorporate 4 hills into my run instead of running 4 hill intervals. Basically I ran to the university hill and ran 4 times around the block and then went back home.

I have pain under and in the middle of my right for-foot. My new shoes are coming soon so hopefully that will be the end of that. Could it be the snow accumulating under my shoe that's causing the problem?

I ran on the track this morning because I didn't want to freeze my but off outside. Turn's out that it wasn't as cold as I thought it would be.

Did little burst's of speed around the track. I would slow down on the curves and sprint the straight parts of the track. Did 8 sprints.

First training in a long time with the girls on the team. It was awsome! Went out from the CEPS and did loops around Hennesey. Footing was rough since it`s been snowing non-stop.

Training in the morning now before school. It seems to be the only way I'll get training in.

Went to the running room yesterday to buy new shoes and Art told me that the shoes I have now are dead. So now I'm just waiting for my shoes to be ordered in and I'll be all set!
