Note

Went to Duluth to see Eric today! Saw him race and went to his team's family picnic after. Of course, we went to the Portland malt shop before coming home, too! But didn't leave room for a workout...that means a run tomorrow.

Race at Fauribault today. Rainy and wet all afternoon. Had a really good race though, placed 16th. Hoping to do even better next Friday.

Ran about a seven minute warm-up, then stretched. For the workout, we ran out to Iowa, where we ran three small loops and two large loops of the hill circuit. Then walked partway back and jogged the rest.

Kettle Bells 1:00:00 [2]

Kettle bells again!! Since it was our first day in about six months, we took it a bit easier today. Did combinations of swings, cleans, squats, dead lifts, presses, arm extensions, a few core exercises, and of course, turkish get-ups! Felt good, first time doing this since physical therapy, we'll see how it goes!

Ran a 2K, stretched,Colorado warm-up, ballistics, and 5 stride-outs. That was it...easiest day ever.

Pretty fast paced warm-up (the time is a guess here...), then stretched quickly and did 2 stride-outs.

1K repeats today. Girls did four of them. My times were 4:06, 4:08, 4:08, and 4:12. Felt kinda sick on the third one so didn't go quite as fast on the last one...got a little humid during the workout. But otherwise, went ok.
