Mowed the whole front. Acually pretty cold outside...hopefully, winter is on it's way :)

Played soccer for an hour with some friends (I only put it as 30 minutes, because it wasn't straight running for an hour...but still got the heart rate up a little bit!).

Ran the train loop today, conversation pace (we sped up a little at the end though). Felt really good, but my knees were a little sore...

Kettle Bells 1:00:00 [2]

Kettle bells on the mezzanine today, because it was so rainy. Did a ladder with dead lifts, squats, and swings. Then worked on cleans and presses, then rows. Finished with a swinging drill. Much easier day than Monday, which was nice!

Short warm-up, then stretching. Mile repeats today...ran three of them. Times were 6:49, 6:52, and 7:11. Not very happy with my times, but eating that giant donut in yearbook was probably a stupid idea, so I guess I deserved it. Not going to do that again...

Ran to the park in Anoka, plus a little more...did about five minutes of abs at the park and ran back. Couldn't run on the path by the shelter cause it was just paved, so we had to take the shortcut. Legs felt kind of tired, but ok workout.

Kettle bells out in the grass again after practice. Did a lot of swings, some extensions over our heads, push-up/planks, and squats. A few other exercises...I don't remember them all. More of a challenging workout than last Wednesday!
