Warmed up with three turkish get-ups on each side. 500 workout today. So, basically, we did 500 reps of exercises. We did fast mountain climbers, clean/squat/presses, push-ups, lateral lunges, goblet squats, slow mountain climbers, swings, dirty dogs, burpies, and one other thing that I really can't remember. We did 20 of each of them, then 15, then 15 again. For the second two sets we switched the dirty dogs to dead lifts and the mystery thing to rows. Really happy with my knees lately!! So glad I got that problem fixed...
