pacework - 1 mile at 12:30, alternating with .25 at 13:20 - did it 4 times
cool down 10 mins at 13.20

felt really good and strong

15 minutes of walking to warm-up (1.2 miles)
1 mile at 11.00, then 1 mile at 13.20, and 1 mile at 11.00 (3 miles)
10 minutes of walking to cool down (.5 mile)

Once I started running, felt fine. The pace was not as hard as it was the first time I did it. Feeling strong & healthy. No injuries or illness.
