My arms and shoulders were sore as soon as I started and it was a slog of a paddle especially on the way back into the wind and against the current.

Nice when the sun came out though.

3 full laps incl the extra climb bit, felt ok bit tired by the end probably not helped by not eating much breakfast. Nice day out and not too many other people.

Put the GPS on charge so it wouldn't die on me out there and then left the house without it and couldn't be bothered going back to get it.

Nice morning for a paddle, down from the foot bridge to just past Shelley bridge and back. Weir is still open so the river is still low and yucky above the weir but not too bad below it.

I waited until it got warm enough for me to venture outside. A lap of the circuit but only the little bit of Mercury St not the full up Rocky twice because my legs were tired.

Really nice out on the trails, only saw about ~6 other people which made for a much better ride than you'd get out here on a weekend. Now I just need to convince my supervisor that my roster should be 4/3 instead...

Run from camp down to the oval, stopped for some steretching and then ran back. Felt a heap better on the way back after some stretching.

Lots of stretching in between the run down and the run back, felt better afterwards but still a bit tight.

Hamstrings and calves are very sore and tight.

Ran around dampier again, but legs were tired today so I din't add in the beach section. legs are tight and sore, probably something to do with lots of running compared to normal.

Working 5/2/4/3 FIFO based at Dampier for the next ...

Run around Dampier until I got to the beach then ran down the beach (barefoot which was probably silly) to the next port and back. Really nice temperature for running and we finish early enough that its still reasonable daylight too.

No gym induction as the gym guy is off sick, so it will be lots of running for a fair while.

At the oval where I stopped to put my shoes on after the beach section there is a bunch of 'core 'exercise' equipment trail thing set up. I went through the lot, most were ok except I could do zero chin ups, I just dangled and swung off the bar. I think my arms are too long...

Went down to Turners Hil for the PMBC race.
Two laps of the main track and 1 lap of the short track.

First lap was good, kept up ok, struggled on the hills on the second lap and then had a great time on the final short lap coz it missed all the really nasty hills.

From the dell up Rocky, down Mercury st, back up Rocky, headed up just after a bunch of people so had to pass them, got them all except 1 before the top :). Lovely day for riding, bits of sunshine coming through the trees plus grippy gravel :).

Had to cut back along the road instead of scorpion coz Jason snapped his rear suspension link.
