Headed out to ride the 3 downhills at Gungin. Judderbars was ok, Lazarus I rode pretty well and Coco was really good fun. Tired slow ride back up and then home.

Same ride as last Sunday except without the extra gungin down and up, because dad hasn't ridden for 6 weeks.
Got wet to start with but didnt rain too much, quite muddy in some places though.
Had to give stumpy a good clean after, my back brakes barely rub now though which is good

Run just to Kelmscott station coz I had my work laptop which isn't very comfy to run with. Got bucketed on for the last 5 mins.

Supposed to be meeting up with a group to run after work but they all piked with the rain.
So ran from Seaforth home. Along the trails along the river which was flowing swiftly, had to use the skinny bendy plank bridges at two crossings and couldn't use my normal cross over so went all the way to the road bridge. It got a bit too dark near the end and I was slow taking it easy trying not to do an ankle or slip over. Still a nice run :).

Headed out to ride the Gungin trails.
White tape up, Judderbars down, up Rocky, down Mercury st, across down Lancaster, over to Scorpion which gets longer and has heaps more cool berms and log rides each time I ride it, up to the Dell, up Rocky, MIL then down Lazarus, up Drago and MIL then rolled slowly back down white tape home. Good fun, so many fun ways to ride down Gungin now unfortunately you still have to ride up it...

So tonight I was thinking I could head down to the MTBO tomoro to try and reclaim my (now-ex) trophy as it is quite nice to have sitting at home, then I read the thread about members and EOD and thought wow orienteering does such a good job of attracting people to the sport...

Stumpys new rear brake pads rub constantly but not enough to notice or be annoying while riding. Braking with them is so much better which is good. Did both downhills and a loop out across Mills rd.

Knocked off work reasonable then went mt biking from home. Rode the whole way up the fire trail for the first time ever which was cool.
Did both downs, my back brakes are squealing and juddery which is annoying. Nice to get out though.

Out at Canning mills, both the downhills plus some extra down and up and back. Stumpys back wheel has a big wobble to it, hopefully it just needs the tire seated properly
