Distance is approximate as I forgot to turn the gps on until just after the first control.

Felt good for the first 20km or so then the hills became a real struggle. Had one bar but it wasn't enough because around 2 hours or so I was hungry and tired.

Run home from work. Didn't feel like running home at all but was beating the cars along Centenary Ave which was cool. Realised I could make it under and hour so tried a bit harder then realised I could get under 59 mins so pushed the last bit pretty hard :) made it!

Launched at City Beach for a change. Got out throught the fairly regular small swell ok which was good. Much colder launching through the waves though. Paddling south into the swell/wind was crap but coming back was cool with some nice little runners too.

I'm soo looking forward to having a support crew to carry the boat up the beach my arms felt like they're were going to drop off by the time I got it onto the car.

There was a strong south-easter and my front tire was only at 12psi because I still haven't changed the tire and my backpack was heavy because I had to take my laptop to uni and .....

Slept in before going out for quite a nice paddle on the river. Finished up with 300m of drills single arms and holding.

Knew that training was going to be pretty short tonight so went for a run beforehand. Didn't rain which was good. Quads a bit sore from Sunday and calves were there too.

Session was 3 double long laps with 2 mins in between but I just did 2.

Quads were tired and sore going up the steep bit of the hill. Fell apart coming down after the first rep of the 2nd set the calves started hurting too.
