2 sets of core and some stretching and foam rollering. Still really tight and need to do more foam rollering.

Ride out at wungong. Up then jurrasic park down - not quite aa tough as last time but still one crash.
Then back along the fire trail and up to halfway to do happy hucks.

To the river park and back by the slightly longer way. Was going to do some core but only managed a little bit and some foam rollering. Need to do more foam rollering.

Run to the river park for swings then to daycare for drop off. So much easier up the hill home with an empty pram.
