Mt Biking 1:10:31 [3] 10.7 km (6:35 / km)

From home up the hill, then through to the top of Roleycoaster and then the bottom of jump dungeon. Took the two up trails up but it was hard work, legs were tired ans seemed to be getting less traction. Then a full run of jump dungeon and home. Demo trance was ok but didn't feel better than my current bike.

Mt Biking 41:20 [3] 9.4 km (4:24 / km)

Demo-ing a new Giant Trance. Two laps of Scorpion - up with dad then he stopped to fix his tire which was leaking from the valve while I rode down and back up then rode down and back to Gungin.

Mt Biking 46:03 [3] 9.3 km (4:57 / km)

Then up to top of Gungin and down Lazarus and alchemy with Jason. Before swapping back to my bike and then over to lower Mercury, down and then back on the fire trail.

Mt Biking 24:27 [3] 5.5 km (4:27 / km)

Got dropped at the top of the hill on the way home and rode jump dungeon down and then home. Legs a bit weary by the end.

Just after the start of the run I realised I could've just worked back and walked to the train - head just couldn't be bothered. Told myself if I got to Vic Park busport in ok time I could drop out to Vic park station and catch the train. Got there in ok time and told myself to harden up and finish the run so I did, not fast but got there.

Quick ride up Canning Mills rd out to Jump Dungeon down and back on the road. Bit warm on the way up and quite windy on the way back but nice to get out on the bike.

Today I felt awful, legs were heavy just tryed to work hard and not let myself slack off even though I figured I'd be heaps slower than Monday. Pushed harder up the hill and then worked on striding out on the downhills.

In the end I ended up running faster than Monday - pretty much all my km splits were within 5 seconds of last time, some slower, some faster but the last few hundred metres were almost 30 seconds faster because I knew where I was going.

From work to Carlisle station as the trains are on a weird long schedule due to stadium works.
On a time limit so pushed quite hard, and it felt like it was harder than it should have been but I went faster than I thought - lucky too because it was longer than google said.
