Mt Biking (Santa Cruz 5010) 29:52 [3] 6.8 km (4:24 / km)

From Gungin down Lazarus across to Mercury st, down and then up Rocky and through to top of Gungin. Really nice bike - as it should be for the $$$.

Mt Biking (Rocky Mountain Pipeline) 23:26 [3] 5.2 km (4:30 / km)

Took out a plus bike next. Down lazarus then alchemy all the way to bottom of gungin then up Drago back. Feels slow and like its hard work but not as slow as it feels.

Back on my bike for the run to WNM and then dropped at the top of CM rd to ride jump dungeon and home. Always a good way to finish.

From PB to WNM then through to Gungin and down Lazarus to the bottom. Couldn't tell it had rained during the week.

This was really slow according to Strava. Not sure why exactly...

From home up CM rd then along the trails to JD - heaps of rain out here so quite grippy. Then down JD and along to the river trails then out to Brookton hwy and home up the hill.
