Three laps at Forsyth. One cruisy warm up lap, one lap where I clipped a tree and binned it hard landing on my face on a log, then after a fair break and some encouragement a third slow careful lap.

Cruisy ride from home up the hill over to Roleycoaster. Then down to the river single track, along then Brookton hwy and home. Nice arvo for a ride.
