Parked at Farrel Grove as I wanted to ride little hairy. Up up n away then down Scorpion and over to Lancaster. Going ok on Lancaster until the first wood ramp which I dropped off with not enough speed and cased the jump badly. My handlebars twisted and ended up in my stomach. Pretty sore on the ground. Eventually got up and slowly rolled back to the car.

Quick ride from home, top trails plus Canning Mills. Crashed on Canning Mills, few grazes but ok.

It was raining when we left which was a bit cold and wet. One two stops to pull the pram cover off, one inbetween to put it back on. Meh run.
