Out to gungin for a bit of a ride. Old school trail, through Feral grove and Scorpion then up the hill back. Good ride , not too cold once moving then lovely when the sun came out.

Run out to stony brook with Bella. Slipped over twice on the way back, so muddy!.

Rainy and windy outside so opted for a Zwift instead. Alpe du Zwift for only the second time, much faster than last time but to be expected.

Ride from home again same as yesterday except jump dungeon instead of Roleycoaster. Almost got bitten by an evil looking dog on the way down Canning Mills downhill. Then the owner told me I should make more noise so he could hear me coming or you could walk your dog on a leash...

Ride from home in between the showers. Trails riding well. Top trails then roleycoaster and then back up the hill to do a run of Canning Mills downhill.

Took Bella out for a run to Stony brook and back, no rain.

Ride from home with Jason after school drop off. Sunny and just starting to warm up nicely. Top trails and then jump dungeon then looked at the little bit of new trail and then down to the river trails and home
