great hike to Aylmer Lookout with J A. Tons of mountain bikers, but would be a good trail to run. A few flakes of snow early on but then cleared to blue skies and sunshine. J A especially slow on the downhill. Polar died shortly after we were back on the lake trail so have amended the distance and time. Headlights turned on with over an hour to go. Beautiful night of stars.

Ran the first leg. Shorter course than usual due to construction in the park. Tons of kids including 7 SOGO teams! Fudged my numbers as I didn't stop my watch immediately. Beautiful day. Didn't hesitate at the creek crossings - just jumped in and passed people :)
