Forgot my ankle braces so was very aware where my feet were going. A lot of soft snow, or snow that would collapse... Tori and Hilary also ran (faster than me!)

The thermometer said -13 but with a strong west wind, it felt a lot colder - except when skiing with the wind on our backs and the sun on our faces :)

-21 but not too much of a wind! With Karen and Andree, so lots of chatting while we ran :) 2 min stop for photos with full moon!
I really doubt my HR ever got that high...!
