Carolyn is having renos so did workout #6 on my own. Ran around the house, up and down stairs, jumping jacks for 10 min then the workout.

Spent 3 hours shovelling snow off the flat roof of our garage, till I found the drain, then used an ice axe to remove the ice on top of it. Then it drained!! :)

Both Andree and I tired so tried to take it easy. A lot of the ice gone but still osme challenging spots. Walked up the hill at the curling club.

First run on Nose hill for months. But snow had arrived overnight, and it was snowing with quite a strong wind, and flat light. All this made it hard to see the trampled track... Breaking through to knee deep at times... Thought of taking a short cut but couldn't see any tracks there. And in trying to press the lap button through mitts, I somehow locked zone 3. So my watch kept beeping at me. No idea what it meant! Tried a couple of uphill intensity - was pretty slow.
