Langdon Parade - my first parade, even though all I was doing was carrying a sign. Still tricky trying to keep time and on the correct foot! Rather long, and the second half quite boring. Don't think we'll be back!

Hung a few controls then picked up the ones up at SAIT at the end. Fewer people than last year but the weather might have been a factor as it looked as though it might thunder again.

31C at 7pm so a slow run for 2.7k that turned into a walk but finished at an ice cream store for a peanut butter trio!! That ended up being supper! Forgot my watch so used Strava. Not much energy in my legs - blame the heat.
