My Polar M430 has gone back to Polar to get fixed {it was having trouble locating satellites and it is less than 4 mths old :( } So relying on Strava.
Classic exercises, back and forth on marginal snwo - but sunny and great to get out!

Short walk up on to Nose Hill with Jean and Marsha after our informal Remembrance Day.

Tuesday Nov 10 #

6 PM

road running (from Gord's) 45:50 [2] 6.1 km (7:31 / km) +41m 7:16 / km
shoes: Icebug Acceleritas

Iffy conditions with some icy spots. Supposed to be a tempo run of 3 k - but we stopped at the turn around. Then back to the field of crosses. My GPs only kicked in after a block, but Strava showed the total distance as only 5.98k. Took off 7 min for the stops. Got a workout going back up the Centre St hill!
