Maple Ridge Golf Course. Stole the data from Marsha as I had inadvertently turned my watch to the indoor setting. Colder than the previous few days - more wind, I guess. Had to keep an eye on each others noses. With Marsha and Kathy. Skier set.

A choice of short, shorter or shortest tempo run around the bandstand loop. I opted for the shorter, and then turned to meet the guys. -25, wc-36. My legs felt heavy. MAnaged to run the first three flights of the Curling club stairs, then walked - even that is hard work! Very few people out there...

Felt warmer than yesterday because it was a beautiful sunny afternoon. THough the bottom of my left ear lobe may have got a touch of frostnip... 8 of us. Was able to chat with most. Great ski. Said hi to Tori and Paul as they were leaving.
