Tom Campbell hill then lots of hills on the way back including the killer hill - which I had to walk part of! Lots of stopping to regroup so kind of like an interval session. And of course, the 'warm-up' is more like a tempo run for me, running with Philippa!

Note

Treadmill stress test. Got to (?) 130% of the 'max' for my age. Could have gone longer but the nurse said I didn't need to, so stopped at 13 minutes. GP ordered it because of the 'needle-like' pains I occasionally get in my left ribs. Dr there said something to do with the chest wall - possibly an irritated nerve, possibly even coming from the spine. Anyway, given the go-ahead to continue training!
