still taking it easy a bit.

but more progress today. still saw some black dots, but for the most part much better.

5 x 5 back squats building. last set as many reps as possible.

wod:

i skipped the burpees, so it was:

30 kettlebell swings (53lb)
10 box jumps (30")
20 kettlebell swings
15 box jumps
10 kettlebell swings
20 box jumps

couple hours in the water.

blown out, but had a go.

only dizzy a little bit.

took it pretty easy. Did the workout, but not as fast as I could.

felt ok... little dizzy / seeing dots, other than that, was ok.

surf w/ western. wasn't supposed to go because of concussion... tried to sneak out of the house, but wife called me when I drove away.

uh oh.

only got dizzy once in the water. all good.

went to the Dr. yesterday.

have a concussion.

talked to some people and they said to do nothing until Saturday at the earliest.
