wasn't planning on going today. Went to bed super late, set alarm but thought I would just shut it off. Even waking up, I turned the alarm off and wen't back to bed. . . but couldn't go back to sleep.

was going to take the day off, and just surf. Waves were there, but blown out.

had my trail runners in my car, so went to elmo.



easy 4 mi loop. haven't done it in a while, and felt great.
