First time lifting since Jan 5, 2017.

Felt weird being back. Good to see everyone... Probably lift 1-2x a week.

Took it easy.

w/ 400m run between sets.

Fun month. Sweden, Iceland, England.

Then home and sick.

First active thing since surfing in Iceland... Mtn. bike el moro... Not sure on distance as I cant find my watch.
