Victoria put together a killer workout tonight. End to end HIIT night. Pair sets, each person having a partner and having to switch off when the other was done on the TRX, but having to do something else while waiting (burpees, mountain climbers....those were considered rest). TRX side was pyramid, making each set longer. Trashed.

Awesome solo run in the Rouge. Running felt fun, and my legs felt especially good on the climbs. Super busy despite how icy and rutted the trails were.

Super fun Joyride day with the boys. Logging a small chunk of the 5+ hours we were there. With the boys getting older and more independent, it allowed me more time to hit the XC and pump tracks. The boys seem to have rekindled their love for it, so hopefully this means more trips over the winter.
