Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

It would have been shorter, but I kept forgetting things at the start.

Orienteering 1:36:44 [3] 7.5 km (12:54 / km)
17c

ORIENTEERING! But the map should have been entirely medium green, and dark green meant uncrossable swamp. Aside from being really slow and hard to run straight it went pretty well, though.

Woods Running 28:00 [3]

Ran to the other side of the interstate by Centennial Woods. There's not much over there, but it COULD potentially make a fun sprint map if done well. There was also this BEAUTIFULLY short and steep (really steep) hill that was also fairly dry, so I decided to do my hills there. Also, because the trails were very muddy and I was off trail for a little bit, I decided to count this portion as trail running.

Running hills 6:22 [3]

Hills (time variation because I didn't always have the same start or end point): 21, 25, 23, 24, 22

Running 24:45 [3]

Running on muddy trails is fun.

Strength 5:00 [3]

Felt kind of tired today, so went back to three pull-ups for the second set of each.

Core 11:00 [3]

Grr.

Core 11:00 [3]

Still in the gym right after strength so it was a tad bit harder, and wearing shoes makes some of the earlier parts much harder.

Strength 5:00 [3]

Love me some muscles.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [3]

Up. (Part outside, part inside.)

Running intervals 11:31 [3]

4 x 600: 1:48, 1:50, 1:50, 1:50, 1 minute rests (it was supposed to be two minute rests... oops).

8 x 200: 33, 32, 32, 32, 31, 31, 31, 31, 30 second rests.

Running warm up/down 11:30 [3]

Rests between intervals. 1 minute between 600s, 5 minutes after last 600 because I was supposed to have 2 minutes between 600s, 30 seconds between 200s.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Cool-down inside.

Running warm up/down 12:00 [3]

Cool-down outside.

Agility 9:10 [3]

I might be off by a few seconds. Good fun.

Agility hills 3:51 [3]

I think I do stairs faster after hills.

Woods Running 57:45 [3]

Shins still hurt, but it was alright. Also sketch because it was really slippery with all the snow.

Woods Running hills 8:01 [3]

Hills were very slow today because the hills was either snowy, icy, or muddy the entire time (except on spot where I could take two steps towards the bottom).
36, 38, 35, 35, 36

Woods Running 3:00 [3]

Done!

Core 11:00 [3]

Felt good!

Running 1:00:00 [3]

It was pretty slow for the first half an hour, but then I decided to pick it up a bit because I cam onto the bike path with a guy behind me who I wanted to make sure I was faster than, so I ran very fast for the second half. It felt pretty good.

Running 1:10:00 [3]

Running for seventy minutes the day after tempo and before eating breakfast for the sake of time is not recommended.

Raquetball 30:00 [3]

It was intense and fast paced-enough to warrant a decent about of training.
