Orienteering race 1:48:02 [3] *** 13.2 km (8:11 / km)
22c

Billygoat. I skipped number three, but I should have skipped either eighteen or eleven. I'm quite happy with my performance, though, even though I did come second. I pushed myself fairly hard and finished with just about nothing left. Wyatt Riley was right behind me, too, and if he wasn't as tired as I was there would have been no way I could have fended him off. It was a great competition!

Running 48:10 [3]

Running at Mud Pond, but went a different way along the snowmobile trail. Will not be going that way again because I like it when my legs spend more time above the ground than in it.

Core 12:30 [3]

CORE!
Also calling Andrew out on being too weak for core.

Running 58:25 [3]

Down the Intervale again. Doughnuts for lunch was a silly decision. Very nice day, though.

Running 58:40 [3]

Ran down to the Intervale and the Salmon Hole. Saw some fish (not salmon) feeding off the surface, and some bird that was too far away to get a good look at. It was also just a really nice sunny day.

Note

No time to run. Two exams going from 1:30-7:15, the first of which I've spent hours upon hours studying for (it's the one I study while running), and as of last night I still wasn't done. Hadn't even had time to start studying for the second exam either...
