Running on the golf course again but in the snow. Same loop was nearly 5 minutes slower today.

Nice run outside. Started snowing and I forgot my sunglasses so a lot of flakes in the eyes. Also did some fartlicks. 90-60-30-30-60-90 with 60 between each.

Out of the three BHTs I've been to, this one has had the best weather. It also had butterfly loops, which made me sad because I didn't see Ian after the second one and didn't get a chance to offer him the tie. Sorry Ian. Can we plan for it next year?
