Dad, Toby and Ruth came with me for my ride and we went to the beach - but the tide was in too far so we then rode the sandy single tracks before getting on the bike path to go to where the tractors are working. I had a big crash on the driveway as we were leaving, I went through one of the pot holes then got what Dad said was 'swerving' until my front wheel skidded out and I fell on my knee, hands and face in the dirt. I'm happy though as tRicky seems to hurt himself all the time too and he's a good rider. I had a nose bleed for ages and Dad was very nice - he found tissue Mum must've dropped on the driveway yesterday and one of Ruth's nappies to help clean me up. While he was getting those I dripped blood onto the driveway and grizzled. Once the nose bleed stopped, off we went and I forgot all about it until we got home and I saw my face in the bathroom mirror! Dad said I looked like a bloody chimney sweep! Dad's got a way with words.
