Wow, I was helpfully unpacking the suitcase this morning and I got an ice cream container out, shook it a bit and then the lid fell off and all the stuff fell out. I was stunned, frozen in amazement - there on the floor were about 40 tiny cars! So many "vrooomm" noises to make, "pa-ksshhh" potential. Mmumum immediatley looked up Wikepedia to find out if they all had lead-based paint but the website said that that stopped in 1972 and the oldest one of these cars is 1974. Daddada says they're much better than today's toy cars as they were made in England, every last one of them. I thought everything was badly made in China? They look well-used, even with one careful owner but the wheels go round, some doors (those that are left) open and they still can crash into each other ok! My favourite is the Pepsi Cola truck, closely followed by the cememt mixer truck. Yayy!
