Finally! A bluebird day. I cut it short because of chaos on The Ironworkers.
Stayed low and worked on 1 skate hip placement. I am much better on the left so need to work on that. The HR values continue to be unreliable . I just put them in out of habit.

Ski O at Hollyburn by Meghan Mac and Dawn. Surprisingly tricky to pick the optimum route. Lots of fun! Probably went about 9 k total.

Tracks were very firm with generally good grip. -2°C
Sunny. Stayed on the lower trails including a jaunt down to West Lake. Probably the best ski of the season.

Tried to take safe routes and that worked well except on #3 where I hesitated to enter the nasty green and had to double back. (1min). Small bobble on #9. Other than that OK. Nice pleasant day!
