With Karen at Burke Mountain while she orienteered. I tagged along because cougers have been prowling in the neighborhood recently. Super enjoyable to be in that forest today except for the noise from the gun club.

S44 C39 Skintec Snowing lightly throughout. Tracks surprisingly slow. -1C at tube park.
Very quiet day. Got a good parking spot! Went up tp Triangle but the tracks were even slower up there. Saw just a few regulars. Grooming had a lot of unexpected ridges.

Another very nice day with good tracks, no wind and mixed sun/cloud. Chill ski with Karen and lots of stops to chat with Joanne, Stan, Mike, Robyn, Rachel F.
Restarted my Garmin part way.

S42 C37 Kuu Yellow and coarse rilll.
High Cloud then sunny.
Tracks nearly perfect early then softened a bit in the sunny spots and a few snow bombs fell.
Took off 6 minutes because I fell trying to hop on the glide ski to force all weight onto that side. The mohair grabbed and I did a header and couldn't get my skis back on because the cleats iced up. Other than that it was a super ski.

S 41 C36 Drizzle
Ernie Winch Park. The hoped for snow was a bit less than we needed but we went anyhow and had a brief ski. Better than going to Hollyburn on Family Day Weekend. Lots of kids making snowmen and throwing snowballs.
