One month from today my partner in crime, Karen, and I will be hopefully recouping quite well from our first adventure race together, the Logs, Rocks, and Steel Multisport Race. We both were stoked to be closing in on the date and to be honest there is no other person I would have wanted to be partnering up for it,

Unfortunately the particular rowing machine on my campus was not detailing the output numbers from my rowing. However, based on my earlier rowing during the year I gauged my output about being roughly the same as then, which would be a minute ten for 500m.
