it went worse than expected. Interestingly when I do the high end sprints I don't seem to have lost much on them but on these endurance test I just tightened up. Oh well time to start a real training plan. hopefully I can increase at a rate of at least 1% per week like I did last year. FTP is at 250W. I probably could have gone a little longer but I decided to just stop it short of the the breaking point as last year the Sweet Spot training was really hard to do with all the work I had. So I figure this will make it slightly easier. Also I am not going to be increasing the FTP during the training plan unless the workout starts too feel too easy.
