Geiger is 3x12-minute efforts spent in the Sweet Spot (88-94% FTP) with brief, 3-minute recoveries between efforts.
This didn't go as bad as expected. It didn't feel too hard. But then again this was the very first workout in the training plan and I was pretty much rested.
