this was my 2nd easy run of the week, I just went a little faster than I did on Friday and I felt my legs. It is funny I was only running 10min miles but my legs still feel fatigued.

Watts felt easy everything felt good. I really had to work to keep the watts down and I caught myself repeatedly trying to bike harder. I am still in recovery mode.
