extremely sick will probably not workout unitl monday at the earliest. also with the workload I have at the office I am going to ditch the easy swim, easy bike and easy run. To try to get more rest. I think I am in good enough shape to get a rolldown slot at IMSG.

Well this was one of the worst run if not the worst run I have ever had. Yesterday I had a runny nose all day, today I still had the runny nose and a sore throat. I did get a good nights sleep last night. I took my temp. in the morning and I didn't have a fever so I went out to run and it wasn't good. I really felt it. I was just laboring out there. I should have bagged the run. But when you do an out and back you have to get back. I did take more than a few walk breaks. I think I am also going to bag tonight's workout and try to rest. I am afraid that I am getting sick. I knew this would be a problem with training for an IM during Tax Season. I have been working close to 12hr days M-F and 8 to 10hr days on Saturday that along with 20+hr training is taking its toll on me. I need to try to get more quality sleepl

Legs felt tired when I got out of bed. Hit the pool and didn't feel too bad. we started the main set and I felt good. Swimming felt smooth!

I was feeling kind of tired during the day. I think that Palomar and the late night swim last night got me a little tired. Then I swam at a good effort this morning and felt tired all day at the office. I just took it easy on the Computrainer today. After all it is supposed to be and easy recovery ride.
