Erik went running in the morning so we got a late start. I have noticed that if I have breakfast before I ride I don't really take in many calories during the bike. I have done this the last few weeks. Although the rides haven't been too long.

The late start meant a lot of wind. went to Belmont Shores and took the SGRT until we hit the construction and turned around showed him TriPacific and then we returned home. Feeling stronger and stronger every week I ride. now I just have to start leaning up. Not going to be easy during the holidays and with family visiting from Mexico.

I did the Triple Crown again and did the same thing 100x50 on 1:40 and then finished off with a 125 at the end. Funny that I didn't feel as tired as I did yesterday.

Triple Crown part 1 50 repeats on 1:40

decided to do all 100's started out in mid 1:20's and then felt better and was doing low 1:20's. Swam in a lane by myself as Slater and Erik were doing a 125 every 3 repeats. I didn't want to swim that hard as I will try to do it again tomorrow.

Out and back on the bike we rode about 13min faster than on Saturday. Today it just felt like a switch was turned on at about the 1hr mark or so. Then I was pushing big watts, it felt like I didn't have a chain on the bike! I love that feeling. The fitness is coming back on the bike and the swim. I hope to start doing some easy running next week.

felling lazy today, I decided to do some kicking from the dead man float position with my snorkel. Man did that take for ever to get across the 50M pool. It was taking me almost 2min to kick a 50 that way! Horrible kicker!
