feeling stronger every week. I am ready to ride. This once again was my best ride all year. I keep increasing the power week by week and I keep slowly leaning up although I still have a lot of weight to lose. Man there are some serious Yahoos out on the river trail. It was comedy. 200W now feels like butter. was riding at about 220W when warmed up and then after that it was closer to 240W for the rest of the ride. this is on my road bike and maybe some of it is due to me starting to get stronger in the gym. But I still think I am too heavy.
