the plan was to cut back on the ride this week. felt sluggish at first but then started feeling better as the ride progressed. Brought it home at a good pace.

gym bike just nice and easy. I think I need to make this a recovery week. I have been feeling sluggish on the bike and legs as well. Don't know if it was the Saturday ride or going out after or both. Funny though it really hasn't affected my strength when lifting.
